Identifying churn customers for Autodesk Canceller Study

We'd like to relaunch the Autodesk Canceller Study in FY26, which will allow us to better understand the reasons why customers are churning.

Looking to your team to help us identify churning customers, ensuring we are not including false churn customers.

Our ask for your team’s help:

  • Scripting required to ensure we don’t include false churn customers.

  • Ensure we are scrubbing against the customer’s preferences

  • 6 separate extracts with the churning customers for that month, with information about the customer such as:

    • First name (mandatory field for Qualtrics)

    • Last name (mandatory field for Qualtrics)

    • Email (mandatory field for Qualtrics)

    • GEO

    • Country

    • Company name

    • Company size

    • Sales segment

    • Industry

    • Cancellation date

    • Tenure

    • % of total AOV

    • The product/package they canceled so we can include it in the email, like in attached email

    • $ value of canceled subscription

    • Flag to identify customers with other existing contracts that are still active (or will these customers be removed as a part of false churn?)

    • Preferred language

      • The current survey is translated to French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish (Spain), and Spanish (LATAM).

I've included a delivery date of November 1, however I set that as a date of delivery for the process our teams will be following. The survey itself won't go live until FY26, but our team would like to better understand that this is possible ahead of time.

Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!

meeting set up w/ Rehma to discuss how we can support this as financial data is not our main data product. There might be another team better suited for this type of ask.
