Add a filter of Engaged vs. non-engaged accounts (flagged as “CCS engaged” in SFDC)

Need for a to filter the “Engaged” vs “Supported” accounts in this dashboard. Engaged accounts are flagged as “CCS engaged” in SFDC. This data would be helpful for the Premium Mid-Market accounts.

    Unable to complete this request at this point of due to level of detail the LID dashboard is built at. However, we will have this request in our backlog and come back when the data circumstances are favourable for implementing the request.
