I will submit an intake form but just wanted to give you a bit more background and context first.I am working together with Anza from our Digital E-Commerce Team to look at all the customers that provided feedback through our Digital CES survey on Autodesk Account Property that they were not able to renew subscription.
We are trying to identify various use-cases as to when a customer is not able to renew, and then come up with some experiments (with Adam's team) and Human/Digital touch where we can follow up with those customers and help them to renew.We have all the response data from CES survey, however we need your team help getting it enriched with renewal data so that we could identify those uses casesEither today or tomorrow - Anza and I will share a spreadsheet with you.
It will contain all of the survey response data including Oxygen ID's in most, Some Email, Some will contain other operational data.If we could possibly ask your team to enrich this spreadsheet by using Oxygen ID (Or other operational data that exists) to match additional data:
How they purchased their contract (Pelican, BIC, Digital River, Agency, Partner etc..)
What products were part of the contract they were trying to renew
Did they ultimately renew and how long did it take from the time they submitted survey response to when they renewed
Subscription ID
AOV of the account
If we could make this somewhat a repeatable process possibly, we will repeat this every quarter to see if we can find any new use-case in the next few quartersLet us know please if you have any questions that we could clarify.Thank you!!
